**Note. The Learning Manager is designed for use with Internet Explorer. If you use a different web browser at home such as Firefox, Opera, or Safari, some elements of these programs may not be available to you.
1. Welcome to your NSLC Online Learning Centre.
2. To sign on for the first time you will require your NSLC employee number. The employee
number will become your user ID.
3. In order to sign on you must use the last four digits of your employee number as your user
name. For example if your employee number is 007142, to sign on to the site you would use 7142.
4. The initial login password is “NSLC”. Once you sign on and before you begin using the system
you must select your own password. You can change your password by going under “Personal Options” and choosing
“Change Password”. Select a password that is easy to remember.
5. The system that you will be using is called The NSLC Learning Manager (TLM). The TLM is user
friendly and great to work with. It is recommended that you start with the “Learners Guide to The Learning Manager”,
found in the top right hand corner under “Help”. Each time you sign on remember to read the announcements located
under the course description.
6. When you finish a course and want to exit the Learning Centre, please select “Logout” in the
top right corner of the home page.
